The Kappa Leadership & Development League is a training and youth development program for young males, between the ages of 12-18, designed to build and cultivate skills in leadership, communication, and academics. Strong emphasis is placed upon personal development and scholastic achievement, as well as college and career preparation.

Each year, the Tampa Alumni Guide Right Foundation proudly awards scholarships to deserving students throughout Hillsborough County. Financial awards are given to students intending to pursue post-secondary degrees or vocational certifications. Awardees are recognized at our annual scholarship award luncheon.

The Tampa Alumni Guide Right Foundation is committed to ensuring that youth, in the communities we serve, have an opportunity to pursue their dreams and achieve life-long success. To that end, our education programs are intended to enhance their access to educational and economic opportunities.

To inspire service in the public interest, the Tampa Alumni Guide Right Foundation gives back to the communities in which we operate. We sponsor community-based events, promote and participate in educational and cultural programs, and collaborate with our partners in various other outreach campaigns.
